Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasional promotions may include free shipping, which will be clearly stated at checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking email.

If you do not receive tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
